Amazing

Despite the slightly low quality this is a well rounded animation, and I really don't understand how people don't get the story line.
It's obviously in a time either too far in the past to remember or in the future, perhaps in an alternate universe, and he's being judged for his actions. White which is what he stepped on is probably symbolic of innocence or purity while red is typically symbolic of war and death, which is the door he is forced to go through. Meaning he believes he is innocent, while they disagree, sending him to his death. :P Its really quite simple.

It's quite obvious that your animating and coding ability has much improved since episode 1. Keep up the good work. Hope you're well.

Needs work.

The actual measure of your artistic ability was poor. The visual and audio quality were okay. Voice acting was great. However it's quit obvious that you have not seen many animes besides the ones like Naruto, Bakugan, or Pokemon which in my personal opinion barely merit as anime. The whole retarded music, and sound effect thing you did there is rarely seen in most modern day, or serious animes. This wasn't too bad, but it needs some work.

1 - i do not watch naruto, pokemon or bakugan so you are incorrect there. i have watched many different anime's, both old and new, so thats twice you are wrong.

2- it seems from this review that you only watch modern day/recent animes and not older ones or you watch non-comedy anime's. ive seen the jokes used in this flash use in a similar way in certain anime's. just because its not been done in an anime before doesn't mean i can't do it. and plus this is obviously not an anime cartoon, it was meant to be drawn in the style

This wasn't all that bad.

I didn't understand half of this, probably because of the fact half the audio track didn't keep up with and/or went faster than the animation. The overall quality of the video was very poor. The animation was choppy and your actual drawing skill could use some improvement. The jokes were decent. I honestly can not say I know how this got the daily second prize, it probably should have gotten the third. Then again today was just a day for relatively poor animations. I understand that this was a "fast" video (made quite obvious by the fact half the animation merits about a 3/5 on the actual voting scale), and before you jump all over me and start whining. I underst and that you had to compress it. I've had many similar experiences, believe me though I've seen many worse animations. Just try to practice some more. Hope I helped.

Yeah, no matter how I tried the audio on the move from Toon Boom to CS4 hurt the audio sync. That was a sad deal but I really wanted to submit it instead of junk it. Oh I'll keep practicing and please keep watching.
